Event Schedule

The Missouri Tri-County Regional Science Fair will be held at St. Charles Community College in the College Center Building. The Fair and awards will take place in one day. Students wishing to compete for prestigious awards will need to remain with their project for an interview.
Scientific Review Committee Deadline
All projects competing for the Intel International Science Fair trip
must turn in their paperwork for review by December 9, 2011 to Dr.
Monica Hall-Woods in the science department of the Saint Charles
Community College in the Admin Building room 2442. No exceptions!
Registration Deadline
Registration will be done online and will open February 1 and close on February 13, 2012. Contact Donna Malkmus at donna.malkmus@fhsdschools.org to get the link to register.
Project Set Up
Projects must be set up February 25th, 2012 at the College Center building.
Judging
Judging will occur between 9:00AM- Noon on Saturday, February 25, 2012. Honor’s Division interviews are from 9 AM-Noon. Parents are not allowed in the judging area between 9 AM and Noon.
Breakfast
The judges will be provided a breakfast on Saturday, February 25, 2012 from 8:00 AM -9:00AM.

Public Viewing
Public viewing will be held from 1 PM-5 PM on Saturday, February 25, 2012.
Awards
The awards ceremony will begin at 6:00 PM Feb 25, 2012 in the Social Science Building at St. Charles Community College. Immediately following the awards ceremony, students will be expected to remove their projects from the College Center Building. All projects must be removed by 7:30 PM.
